"There was a problem processing your request," a pop-up alert noted in the app. "We are temporarily unable to retrieve all of your accounts. We apologize for the inconvenience. You can continue banking online with the displayed accounts. Please note that the current balance amount for one or more of your accounts may be temporarily unavailable, but you can still use your Online Banking account.", more than 20,000 people reported that they were experiencing issues as of 1 p.m.
