'It's not acceptable,' said Michelle Chai.

Academy Badminton Malaysia executive chief director Michelle Chai admitted that women team's 3-0 defeat to the Philippines in the quarter-finals of the SEA Games in Phnom Penh, Cambodia was a big shock.

"It's not acceptable," said Michelle in a press conference at the ABM in Bukit Kiara, in the presence of Badminton Association of Malaysia high performance director Dr Tim Jones and the national coaching singles and doubles directors - Wong Choong Hann and Rexy Mainaky. "I take full responsibility and accountability.
