The Baltimore Ravens have signed former Pittsburgh Steelers cornerback Desmond King.

King visited Baltimore last week as part of a group that were hosted for tryouts. The Houston Texans released King from their practice squad two weeks ago.
King has spent many of his recent seasons as the starting slot cornerback for the Texans. However, Myles Bryant beat him out for the job at training camp. That led to King’s release and subsequent re-signing to the practice squad. He has played in just one game this season with Houston.cut King out of training camp. That is when the Steelers scooped King up off waivers. King lasted just five weeks with the Steelers, and played just one snap with the team before they released him.
After that, King returned to Houston and ended up starting in the slot for most of the season, including in their playoff victory over the Cleveland Browns at home. An Iowa product, King has spent most of his career with the Los Angeles Chargers, where he started.
