Baltimore 'gamer' traveled to Texas to assault child he met online, authorities say
A chiropractor from Baltimore has been accused of traveling to Fort Bend County to assault a child he met through an online video game, according to the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office.
The office said in a tweet Friday that its deputies arrested Blake Edward Kalkstein, 37, in the 700 block of Dulles in Stafford July 6. It was unclear why the Sheriff's Office waited to announce the arrest. It said Kalkstein traveled from Baltimore to Fort Bend County multiple times, including once in May and earlier this month.
"Kalkstein is a gamer on different gaming platforms," the FBSCO said,"one of which was used by him to lure the young victim."
