Ball State UniversityAccording to Muncie Police, officers were dispatched to a report of shots fired in the 2700 block of North Granville Avenue around 2:15 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 21, 2023. As they neared the area, they heard the sound of automatic gunfire.
