According to the Baldwin Co. Sheriff's Office, on April 8, 2023, deputies responded to a tragic discovery along Highway 90 in Seminole, Alabama. A hunter found a deceased man in the wood line near a hunting camp off Sawmill Road.

The decedent was in a moderate state of decomposition. An autopsy was conducted and ruled the manner of death as a homicide.
