The long-awaited final patch for Baldur's Gate 3, Patch 8, was released earlier this week, adding crossplay, new subclasses, and a lot more, but a small bug is still present in the game. Patch 8 addressed some issues and made other big changes to the game, but this infamous bug is still present, and while it's not game-breaking, it can be annoying.
Fans Are Poking Fun At The Long-Time Glitch Patch 8 Wasn't Enough To Fix The Portraits Close Players seem to be having a good laugh about the glitch still being in the game, even with Patch 8 being the final content update for Baldur's Gate 3. Some users on Reddit are expressing memorable portrait glitches and sharing their own screenshots when the infamous glitch happened to them.
Posts User Drae-Keer is expressing that the bug isn't even a bug anymore and that it might as well be a fully embraced"feature" instead, given how long the glitch has been in the game, saying: "Honestly it should become a feature. Every scene change should have an x% chance of making their portrait stare into your soul. Or in Halsin’s case, show off his pecks."
