BREAKING Balboa Park shut down after 20 large trees fell during wind gusts
SAN DIEGO – City officials said they are shutting down Balboa Park because at least 20 large trees have fallen as high winds continue gusting in the area.
According to authorities, that incident was reported just after 8:50 a.m. at El Prado and Balboa Drive.
