This comes as the shady activities inside the New Bilibid Prison came to light.Catapang had also revealed that more than 7,000 beer in cans and other contraband were allegedly sneaked into the Maximum Security Compound of the Bilibid with the complicity of BuCor and the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology officers.
