The on-loan Foster impressed by helping Westerlo clinch promotion to the Belgian top-flight with four goals alongside five assists to lift the First Division B title.
The 21-year-old striker has been on a season-long loan from Portuguese club Vitoria Guimaraes and is now set to compete in the Belgian top-flight after Westerlo spent six seasons in the second division. According to sources close to the club, negotiations on a blockbuster permanent switch are close to being completed."The negotiations between Westerlo and Guimaraes are now at an advanced stage.
