'Dancing With the Stars' Isn't Coming Back in Early 2020 After Controversial Season With Sean Spicer
If we had to guess, skipping the spring cycle ofis not a sure sign that the dance show will be gone forever.
While no announcements have yet been made, our best guess is, like last year,With that being said though, ABC may have to continue to make formatting changes to revamp their rating numbers. According to, the 2019 season averaged a .86 rating in the 18-49 age demo and 6.7 million viewers — a drop from the 2018 season, which earned a .93 rating and attracted 7.12 million viewers overall. What's more, the year before earned a 1.37 rating and 9.3 million viewers.
