Over 3,000 delegates from Western Visayas, Central Visayas, and Eastern Visayas are expected to join this year’s competition with the theme “Husay ng ROTC, Husay ng Kabataan.”

BACOLOD CITY – The city government is preparing for the Philippine Reserve Officers' Training Corps Games 2024 Visayas Regional Qualifying Leg from May 26 to June 1.

The MOA signing was witnessed by Sen. Francis Tolentino, honorary chairperson of the Games’ Executive Organizing Committee; Dr. Raul Alvarez, head of the Commission on Higher Education -Western Visayas, and Dr. Norberto Mangulabnan, president of the Carlos Hilado Memorial State University . He acknowledged Bacolod as one of the friendliest cities in the country and added that Bacolod is a city where the heartbeat of culture and rhythm of sports converge.
