CHIEF tanods of 61 barangays in Bacolod City receive brand new cellular phones and registered SIM cards from Police Col. Noel Aliño, acting Bacolod police director, during the launching of DIAL-B at the Bacolod City Police Office headquarters on Tuesday, May 30.
Aliño turned over brand-new cellular phones and registered SIM cards to the chief tanods to ascertain the effective implementation of DIAL-B. It is aimed at ensuring timely conveyance of situation reports, updates, and requests for police assistance via SMS or phone calls 24/7.
