One of the two baby bald eagles at White Rock Lake fell out of its nest during Tuesday's storms, a Dallas city official confirmed.

One of the two baby bald eagles near White Rock Lake was taken to a North Texas-area rehab facility Tuesday afternoon after it fell out of its nest amid severe storms, a city official toldJohnson said the health of the eaglet was unclear. He said he did not see “any sign” of the other eaglet in the nest, near the intersection of East Lake Highlands Drive and North Buckner Boulevard.Tuesday wasn’t the first time the pair of bald eagles near White Rock Lake lost their nest.
