Babes Wodumo’s sister and manager Nondumiso Simelane reportedly denied reports that they tried to bribe the victim of their alleged assault with R30,000 to withdraw the case against the Gqom queen and her friends.
“I don’t know what you’re talking about. It’s all rumours,” she was quoted as saying by the Sunday Sun. “Sources” reportedly told the publication that Nelisiwe Zondi, the woman who was allegedly assaulted by Babes Wodumo and her friends, refused to accept the R30,000 she was allegedly offered to make the case go away and another offer to pay for her medical bills.Zondi told the Sunday Sun: “I can’t deny what you’re saying but I don’t want to reveal anything to the media as the case is in court. I want justice for what happened to me. Right now, I’m traumatised.
