PSA for all those who 'like getting caught in the rain'
Makes an excellent piña colada. Only difference I made was using a store bought bag of frozen pineapple. Right amount of rum for me also.Not a bad recipe but I amped it up. Used fresh coconut. Reserved liquid plus additional stir bought coconut water and made 2-3 trays of ice cubes. Then I pureed 1/4 of the fresh coconut. And yes... ONE OUNC FLOATER using Myers 151. Awesome!Just made it and it is delicious! Perfect and refreshing.
