The ultimate meat tasting dinner is open to only 16 guests per evening.
Previously offered as a private event, the dinners are now offered as a series that allows guests to sample the steakhouse’s best cuts as a 12-course dinner paired with wine. With only 16 guests per evening, the dinners will no doubt sell out, even at the price tag of $375 per person .
The dinners, curated by executive chef Eduardo Montesflores, will include cuts such as dry-aged American steaks, American wagyu and Japanese kobe and wagyu beef, including Japanese A5.
