A Los Angeles man suspected fatally shooting an Azusa man in a Moreno Valley cul-de-sac was arrested on Sunday, April 23, authorities said.
At about 2:30 a.m. Sunday, the victim was found lying in the street on the 25000 block of Joshua Avenue, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.David Diaz, 39, identified as a suspect in the shooting, was later arrested on Sunday in the Otay Mesa area of San Diego, authorities said. He was booked on suspicion of murder.
