San Diego State already has commitments from 10 players for Class of 2023 and will look for more leading up to December early signing period
This is a week of rest and relaxation for the San Diego State football team, which has the week off before resuming the second half of the season.
“The others are mostly going to see guys who have been here before , guys we really want, guys that also are committed already.” The Aztecs received 10 verbal commitments over the summer, so “we’re in pretty good shape,” Hoke said. The commitments have come from California and Texas, though the Aztecs also actively recruit in Arizona, Hawaii, Nevada and New Mexico, among other areas.
The other four commits are San Mateo Juniper Serra High offensive lineman Ryan Silver, West Hills Chaminade High quarterback Javance Tupouata, Melissa High defensive end Caleb Otlewski and Redlands Citrus Valley High safety Jelani McLaughlin.
