Duterte can be recalled to have publicly apologized to the two corporations after they donated big amounts of money for the country’s COVID-19 response.According to Roque, Pangilinan donated ₱6.5 billion, while the Ayala Group contributed around ₱ 9.5 billion. “Sabi pa rin ng presidente, kinakailangan amendahan ang water concession agreement. Kinakailangan ibalik ang dapat ibalik sa taong bayan.”
