Property developer Ayala Land Inc. expanded its office leasing footprint in Iloilo with the launch of Atria Technohub within the 21-hectare township development Atria Park District.
ALI president and chief executive Bernard Vincent Dy said in a statement Atria Technohub was envisioned as a BPO campus development that would cater to the growing demand for office space.
“With the city’s rapidly expanding BPO market, we break ground on Atria Technohub. This is envisioned to be a BPO campus and the business address of choice of top BPO investors in this region,” Dy said. ALI said Iloilo has become a rapidly emerging market with the domestic economy being driven by a wider range of industries including agribusiness, tourism, BPOs, trading activities and service-driven firms including banks, educational institutions, hospitals, among others.
