Award-winning Longridge Fell Bistro names new chef after being named in Michelin Guide
The charming bistro in Longridge in the belly of the Ribble Valley has already won multiple awards within its first six months of opening. Most recently the friendly neighbourhood restaurant, which opened in 2022, was awarded its first AA Rosette in March and was named in the prestigious Michelin Guide in February.Oli and Fell operations director Alex Blamire are also part of the team which runs Preston's leading fine dining establishment, 263.
"I am blown away and absolutely honoured to head up the kitchen team at Fell," he added. "Sean’s expertise, knowledge and experience is truly something else whilst JP’s dedication, commitment and drive for perfection is more than I could ever ask for. “What strikes me most about Sean is how little success has changed him as a person, having been included in this year's AA Rosette list and inclusion in the Michelin Guide. It means we are going from strength to strength.
