Award-winning Plau in Preston taken over by team behind Fino Tapas and 263
An award-winning gin and beer house in Preston has been taken over by the people behind the city's Fino Tapas and fine dining restaurant 263. Plau, which is housed inside 350-year-old former pub and dram shop The Plough Inn, is now under new management and will be renamed PLAU Bar & Bistro when it relaunches on November 18.
