The Summit County Board of Elections announced changes to avoid traffic congestion at their Early Vote Center and Ballot Drop Box for this 2024 General Election.
AKRON, Ohio - Ballot Drop Box Again, all incoming and outgoing traffic on Grant Street is restricted to right turns only.Providing or Needing Assistance
You must sign an attestation form if you are dropping off a ballot for a family member or disabled voter. Board of Election staff will be available during all early in-person absentee voting hours to help at cars parked at 450 Grant St. or inside the Board of Elections building on 470 Grant St.Akron Innovation Campus at 440 Wolf Ledges Pkwy.Shuttle service will be available to bring voters to and from the Early Voting Center and all overflow parking lots.Shuttle service pickups at each overflow parking lot will end 30 minutes before the line to vote closes each day of Early Voting.
