Average San Diego County gas price rises to highest amount since Dec. 3, increasing to $4.849.
SAN DIEGO – The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in San Diego County rose two-tenths of a cent Tuesday to $4.849, its highest amount since Dec. 3.
The national average price is 4.5 cents less than one week ago, 15.3 cents lower than one month ago and 25.3 cents below what it was one year ago. It has dropped $1.659 since rising to a record $5.016 on June 14.
