Gas prices in the United States are, on average, the lowest they have been since May 2021.

The states with the highest gas prices this week include Hawaii, California and Washington. The states with the lowest gas prices this week are Oklahoma, Texas and Mississippi. GasBuddy predicts that average prices will continue to fall as fuel demand decreases with the coming colder weather, as people choose to stay home more often in the winter.
