Cafe and fitness studio opens second Houston location at emerging Autry Park district along Buffalo Bayou
Orangetheory Fitness, an indoor gaming facility that enables teams of up to five participants to immerse themselves in a live action arcade game, is coming to the Houston market in late 2023. The company has leased 9,600 square feet at Katy Freeway Center, 20225-20235 Katy Freeway. Michael Burgower and Eric Lestin of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. Dianne Rummage of SClay Management represented the landlord.
Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner this fall, the cafe will offer specialty coffee, smoothies, a full bar and kitchen. DUO opened on Westheimer near Kirby Drive in 2021.
