Questions still remain for the grieving family who lost their son to a crash while he was traveling through San Antonio for the eclipse.

SAN ANTONIO — Authorities say they found several minors and a missing person when troopers stopped a car connected to a kidnapping case out of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, more than 500 miles away from the Alamo City.

A spokesperson with the Texas Department of Public Safety said troopers spotted the Dodge Durango in question in northwest San Antonio on Friday afternoon, and began to follow it. They eventually conducted a traffic stop downtown, in the area of Avenue B and Brooklyn. "Upon detaining the male driver, troopers identified a passenger as a missing person inside the vehicle, along with five juveniles," Texas DPS said. The conditions of those inside the car weren't specified, but DPS said there were no injuries in the incident. It's unclear at this point if anyone in the car was the person kidnapped in Oklahoma, and police haven't yet said if charges will be filed in the ongoing investigation.
