Craig Wright, an Australian computer scientist who falsely claimed to be the inventor of bitcoin, was found in contempt of a London High Court order on Thursday and sentenced to 12 months in prison, suspended for two years. Judge James Mellor stated that Wright committed a 'clear violation' of the March order prohibiting him from initiating or threatening further legal actions related to bitcoin.
