Among adults 18 years and older, 61.1% are fully vaccinated and 71% have received at least one dose. But rates vary from state to state and some still have less than 50% of their residents vaccinated. Canada has reopened its border to fully vaccinated Americans, CNN reported. To be considered fully vaccinated, travelers must have received the full series of a Covid-19 vaccine — or combination of vaccines — accepted by the government of Canada at least 14 days before entering Canada.
