Hollywood didn’t let rain and flash flooding warnings get in its way of heading to the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood Friday night for W magazine’s Best Performances party.
The penthouse was packed with A-listers and awards hopefuls. Austin Butler grabbed a Casamigos spicy cucumber jalapeno margarita at the bar for his girlfriend Kaia Gerber while “The White Lotus” star Lukas Gage danced wildly with “Hacks” breakout Megan Stalter. Daisy Edgar-Jones showed off some moves with Ella Hunt. Jessica Biel and Alison Brie squealed when they ran into each other.
Hosted by W’s Sara Moonves and Lynn Hirschberg, the annual gathering traditionally takes place the Friday before the Golden Globes, but it was pushed to SAG Awards weekend this time around. The evening also marked the festivities’ return to the Chateau after relocating to Gigi’s in 2022.Jeremy Pope appeared to be the most appropriately dressed for the wet weather, wearing a black latex jacket.
Many wondered aloud if the terrace was safe under all the weight of party-goers as fire marshals were spotted scoping the scene.
