When the agreement was revamped in 2015, the city began renewals every two years. In the pandemic year of 2020, the agreement went through 2023, so this is the last year of the most recent renewal.Aldermen on the City Council Finance Committee Thursday recommended ratifying the $175,000 payment for 2023, which is what they were considering. The full council will consider the ratification at the Oct. 3 Committee of the Whole meeting.
