“He obviously is familiar with their system, their team,” Oats said. “He had some really good games here. He’s a year older here. He’s gotten comfortable in our system. He’s playing well in it. Will be a big game for him. But he’s pretty relaxed. He doesn’t turn the ball over much. I don’t anticipate him doing anything crazy. He will be ready to play. He’s been ready to play most of our games all year.” This season, Holloway has been a valuable player off the bench. He is averaging 21.7 minutes per game, averaging 11.8 points, 2.2 rebounds, 2 assists, 0.5 steals and 1 turnover per game. He has improved his shooting percentage from 31.8% a year ago to 48.5% with Alabama. The Crimson Tide and are set to play in the first No. 1 vs. No. 2 regular-season game in SEC history.
