Geriner spent three seasons at Auburn and will have two years of eligibility remaining
Auburn received its first transfer portal news of the offseason on Sunday when redshirt sophomore quarterback Holden Geriner announced his plans to enter the transfer portal when it opens on Dec. 9.
Geriner spent three seasons at Auburn, starting his career under head coach Bryan Harsin in 2022. Over the three years, he completed nine of his 20 passes for 116 yards with one interception and no passing touchdowns.on Sunday that redshirt freshman Hank Brown is also expected to enter the transfer portal, but Brown responded to the reports in a post to his Instagram story saying:“All the reports of me entering the transfer portal are not true. I have not entered the portal.
