Jarquez Hunter, Eugene Asante, Jalen McLeod, and KeAndre Lambert-Smith from Auburn University have been invited to the 2025 NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis.
American running back Jarquez Hunter of Auburn participated in the Reese’s Senior Bowl annual Mardi Gras-style player parade on Friday, January 31, 2025, in downtown Mobile, Alabama. Hunter, along with linebackers Eugene Asante and Jalen McLeod, and wide receiver KeAndre Lambert-Smith, has been invited to the NFL Scouting Combine . The Combine will be held in Indianapolis from February 24 to March 3, bringing together the top prospects for the 2025 NFL Draft.
During the Combine, players will undergo medical evaluations, interviews with team decision-makers, and on-field drills to showcase their football skills and athleticism. Linebackers will participate in drills on February 27 at Lucas Oil Stadium, while wide receivers and running backs will take to the field on March 1. Hunter had an impressive 2024 season, rushing for 1,201 yards and eight touchdowns on 187 carries. He also caught 21 passes for 155 yards and one touchdown. He leaves Auburn as the No. 4 rusher in school history with 3,371 career yards. Lambert-Smith led the team with 50 receptions for 981 yards and eight touchdowns this season, setting a new school record for receiving yards in a season. McLeod and Asante also contributed significantly to the Tigers' defense with strong performances throughout the year
