His arrival is expected to significantly bolster Auburn's receiving corps and provide valuable experience alongside returning starter, Coleman.

With Singleton and Fields in the offense, it gives Auburn the option to lean more on experience, while just signing one of that would likely require more young players to play bigger roles. Looking past his raw ability and past production, what’s most significant about Singleton’s addition is Auburn getting a proven Power Four receiver for Jackson Arnold -- or Ashton Daniels -- to throw to.
Players like Thompson, Bryce Cain and Derick Smith all seem to have a lot of promise, but automatically having four receivers who are experienced and not lacking in talent gives those younger players more time to develop. It also goes a long way for a quarterback that is new to the team and system.
