The parents of the accused shooter are both being sued, and the judge said he would decide on Monday whether Santa Fe ISD could be added to the civil case and also held liable for the shooting.

The Santa Fe High School shooting civil trial continues on Monday after the attorneys for the victims rested their case on Friday.

On May 18, 2018, 10 people -- eight students and two teachers -- were fatally shot and thirteen others were wounded in the school shooting. Starting Monday, we'll hear from the attorneys for the accused shooter's parents. We will hear how they're trying to prove that the parents had no way of knowing what their son was allegedly planning.
