An attorney for the family of Eddie Irizarry is set to hold a press conference Tuesday, more than a week after he was shot and killed by a Philadelphia police officer during a traffic stop.

New information released by police days after the fatal traffic stop revealed that Irizarry never got out of his car before the officer fired his weapon six times, killing Irizarry. Three days after a deadly shooting following a traffic stop in Kensington, Philadelphia Police identify the officer involved as the victim's family says they are still waiting for answers.
