by Alexa SouthardRiley Williams' Latest Mugshot The attorney for a Harrisburg woman who's serving prison time for her role in the January 6th riots, is asking for her sentence to be reduced.In a recent court filing, her attorney said due to new sentencing guidelines, six months should be taken off the sentence.Williams was convicted of disorderly contact and other charges.She was accused of stealing then-house speaker Nancy Pelosi's laptop, but she was acquitted on those charges.
Judge Amy Berman Jackson approved the request providing that Williams provides her precise itinerary two days before the trip.Prosecutors said Williams attended and videotaped a "Stop the Steal" rally in Harrisburg on December 5, 2020, before the riots on January 6th.
