The AtlantaFalcons get two draft picks to trade suspended wide receiver Calvin Ridley to the Jacksonville Jaguars. NFL
reported Jacksonville is sending a fifth-round pick in the 2023 NFL Draft and a fourth-round pick in the 2024 draft to the Falcons. But there are conditions attached, and the 2023 pick could drop back to a sixth-rounder and the 2024 pick could wind up as a third-rounder or a second-rounder, depending on what happens.
The NFL announced Ridley placed the bets over a five-day period in late November, when he was on the non-football injury/illness list and away from the Falcons. “All NFL personnel are prohibited from placing, soliciting or facilitating any bet, whether directly or indirectly through a third-party, on any NFL game, practice or other event,” the league’s
