Atari is known for its retro lineup, and it has expanded that roster with a host of new acquisitions of games from the '80s and '90s.
This is apparently in an effort to “transform the company behind one of the world’s most iconic brands” and take advantage of Atari’s huge library of IP to put out new and old titles by “reinventing old classics, reimagining storylines, and developing entirely new narratives inspired by the games that set the course for an entire industry.
