AT&T SportsNet to broadcast 15 Houston Astros home games in Spanish

In addition to the Sunday home games and a Saturday meeting with the Mariners in August, the entire series against the Orioles and Royals during Hispanic Heritage Month at the end of September also will be broadcast in Spanish.Vasquez has worked in sports broadcasting for 31 years , including on the Astros' Spanish radio broadcasts, as well as a producer on"Contacto con los Astros," the first Spanish language program on Fox Sports Southwest when it aired from 2006 to 2008. Gonzales worked as the team's Spanish play-by-play radio man during select games in 2007.. Before that, he starred at the University of Houston and pitched a year in the minors for the Boston Red Sox organization.
