A 6.8 magnitude earthquake has hit Morocco killing at least 632 people, and injuring more than 320. The earthquake hit just shortly after 11pm local time on Friday, followed by a 4.9 aftershock 19 minutes later. The epicentre of the 6.8 magnitude quake was located 75 kilometres south west of Marrakesh in the High Atlas Mountains. It is reported several homes and buildings in nearby towns had collapsed, and electricity and roads were cut off in some places.
