The report said the number of fatalities could be higher but fire authorities have yet to give the exact number., including twins aged 12 years old, were reported missing following the fire. A neighbor was also reported missing later on. Based on the Bureau of Fire Protection's report, the fire started at 2:34 a.m. and reached the third alarm level at 2:50 a.m. The fire was declared under control at 4:15 a.m. and declared out at 8:10 a.m.The cause of the fire is still being investigated. —
