The first victims of the eight who died Friday at Travis Scott’s Astroworld music festival in Houston were identified Saturday afternoon.
His sister Jennifer Peña told LMT, “My brother was the sweetest person, friendly, outgoing, he had many friends because he was always there for everyone.
