The wristbands will be passed out at 9 a.m. on Wednesday at each store, the retailer said. Only 225 will be distributed to fans on a first-come, first-serve basis.Javier's event is from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at the 24600 Katy Freeway location. The players' meet-and-greets could be the first in a series of opportunities for Astros fans to meet their favorite players.
