Astronomers have found a record-breaking quasar with a black hole at its heart growing so fast that it swallows the equivalent of a sun a day.

The quasar is 12 billion light-years away and has been around since the early days of the universe. A light-year is 5.8 trillion miles. The first images from the Euclid Mission, which looks into mysteries of dark matter and dark energy, were released by the European Space Agency Tuesday.
