The Association of Communications and Technology says it intends to revive South Africa’s status as lead architect of new communications technologies on the continent to drive further growth of the digital economy. This comes after the association, comprising of South Africa’s major network operators namely MTN, Vodacom, Cell C, Telkom, Rain and Liquid Intelligent Technologies, was launched on Thursday, 11 August.
