Aspen shares jump as suitors express interest in API division
Interest in its active pharmaceutical ingredients operations, excluding French arm, which generated R6.4bn revenue in financial 2021Aspen says it has received two unsolicited offers to buy parts of its global active pharmaceutical ingredients business, which manufacturers active ingredients used in medications. Its share price leapt the most in more than four months.
