We spoke to actress Ashley Park about her 11 favorite things, including LaCroix Sunshine Sparkling Water, Oura Ring, and Balanced Body Allegro Pilates Reformer.

oat-milk liqueursDisposable cameras are so fun for so many special moments or nights. I found that instead of having a bazillion photos on my iPhone, I just get one shot with the disposable camera. It’s pretty candid.

And then when you develop the film, you get to go through all these memories. My mom has scrapbooked ever since I was little, so I’ve always loved stationery and scrapbooking. I have drawers and drawers of paper. I love making cards as well. At the end of every shoot, as a wrap gift, I’ve started making doubles of certain photos and gifting everyone a couple moments from filming. That’s always special. For about a decade, La Croix has been my favorite, go-to sparkling water. I mix it in with everything — I always have La Croix in my cocktail bar. I’ve always been a Pamplemousse girl, but they just came out with this new flavor called Sunshine, and I can’t figure out what it is. It’s not necessarily floral or citrus, but it’s really great and it mixes well with everything. So that’s the one I have in my fridge right now.I’ve played classical piano since I was 5 years old, and I played pretty competitively until I ended up going to school for musical theater at the University of Michigan. For a while I was like,Even when I’m filming or overseas, I have a keyboard with me. I’m a super-visual learner, so if I’m learning a new piece of music, I need to have the keyboard. That’s how my brain takes in music. Beethoven and Chopin, those were my favorites growing up, learning how to play classically. And then as I got more into Broadway, I loved Irving Berlin and Rodgers and Hammerstein. I’m obviously way more out of practice now, but playing the piano is always a necessity for me.I prepared this list very literally in terms of what I need, because whenever I’m packing, I’m like,at the moment, so usually when I’m traveling, I’ve just downloaded a bunch of episodes, and I’m watching old seasons. That’s kind of my Zen right now.I didn’t even know these tumblers were becoming such a trend with the younger folks. I’m a big beverage person, but I was like,I always have my Stanley with me, and it’s been such a game-changer. It’s also good for the environment to have a reusable water bottle. I own multiple in various colors. I love a nice pastel, so I have a sage-green one and a lavender one — lavender is my favorite color. I have different sizes for different occasions. I also had one in light pink that was a gift fromIf I didn’t get good sleep, am I going to think I’m sick or get in my head about it? But it’s been very helpful, especially when I’m traveling or on different time zones — I get excited about getting a good sleeping score. It takes your temperature and your heart rate and activity and stuff like that. It’s been nice to have the stats as a guidepost. It’s the one essential piece of jewelry that I’m always wearing.I use a sheet mask almost every day, especially when I’m on set or about to go to an event. I love 111Skin. I’ll go on Amazon and buy a bunch of Korean sheet masks, ones with a lot of collagen or a lot of hydration. I usually leave it on for a bit and then, instead of a face oil, I’ll apply more of the serum of that mask while I use myI think I was in Germany when I first found these kits. They have ones for making baby blankets, and a lot of close friends and people in my life have had babies, so I’ve been obsessed with making them. Crocheting is a whole different language and it took me so long to crack the code, but now it’s fun to be like, I started doing reformer pilates two years ago, and it’s really changed the way I associate breath and body. It’s a lot of strength and core work, and it’s really been a helpful source of exercise when I’m busy. I was introduced to Balanced Body’s reformer by my Pilates instructor, Brandon Perry. When I’m in L.A., I try to get on it several times a week. There’s infinite ways to use it to exercise different parts of your body. There’s a couple things I always do, whether it’s legwork or corework, but I also try to listen to what my body needs that day.I’m a fan of oat milk and non-dairy milk as well, so as soon as I heard about them making this new non-dairy liqueur, I was psyched. It’s become an essential in my cocktails, or even in my coffee. Honestly, another thing I can’t live without is probably iced coffee, which can be difficult because iced coffee isn’t really a thing when I go to film in Europe. But I’ll just put a little splash in my iced coffee.is designed to surface the most useful, expert recommendations for things to buy across the vast e-commerce landscape.
